GASTRONOMIC TOUR AND CHILEAN CUISINE WORKSHOP
Our gastronomic tour begins at the Central Market then we continue to La Vega Central, one of the most important and popular markets for fruits and vegetables, located in the heart of Santiago.
We will walk along its corridors to get to know the local culture and the vastness of premises that sell groceries, meats, cheese and seafood from which we will choose the ingredients for the preparation of our menu.
Once we have everything we need, we shall return to our local kitchen. Here we will prepare typical Chilean recipes and have a private cooking class directed by our chef, who will guide and teach us about the culinary secrets of our cuisine. After our preparation, we will enjoy a delicious lunch along with the best strains of Chilean wine.
